2016 was a building year for our club with a number of grades enjoying finals experience.
Although we didn’t win a premiership in any of our grades, we were relatively proud of the improvement in a number of our grades.
We must continue to strive to improve moving forward though and can not be happy with what was done this year.
It has been a long time since we have won a senior premiership and this must be our aim in the coming seasons.
A 2 year plan is in place and we will try to deliver results to our members, sponsors and supporters.
There will be a big emphasis on player development with players from all grades as we feel that success will come through improvement by our local talent. We will aim to bolster our depth and top up talent with a couple of quality recruits but we need our existing squad to stick together and take their football to the next level.
I would like to thank all of our coaches for their efforts this year.
